Our rooms were bright, bed was very comfy, the view was AMAZING. Great service was provided too.

Great stay, as always. Amazing hotel with excellent rooms and great location. Pretty close to the airport, 12 miles. Free parking onsite provided. Late check-out.

I've always enjoyed this hotel! The location is great, close to shops, and the staff is super friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub are amazing to unwind after a day out. The 1 bedroom suite was clean and very well maintained.

We had a lovely time enjoying the view of the pond and taking a dip in the beautiful indoor pool. The seasonal outdoor pool was a great spot to relax, and the sun terrace was perfect for soaking up some rays. The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊

Crystal's Kindness Shines Bright

We loved our 1 bedroom suite with a clean and beautiful ambiance. The indoor pool offered a serene start to our mornings, improved with Crystal's warm welcome.

Unfortunately, the TV in our room was broken throughout our 2-night stay. Despite several reports, it wasn't addressed, quite frustrating after busy days.

The suite upgrade was a fantastic surprise, providing ample space and comfort. Breakfast had a standout selection, especially the crispy bacon. The lack of floor mats in the bathroom was inconvenient, and the balcony felt misleading as it wasn't usable. While the overall experience was enjoyable, clearer information about amenities would be appreciated.

Great staff but disappointing room maintenance

While the staff were great, the condition of the room left much to be desired. The shower door was falling off and the overall maintenance was lacking. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options was nice.

The lobby was beautifully decorated, filled with warm lighting and comfy seating. Accessibility features like handrails made getting around easy and safe for everyone, especially seniors.

More seating areas for relaxation would be great.

Overall Enjoyable Stay with Room for Improvement

We stayed for two nights and appreciated the comfy king bed and the modern feel of the lobby. The staff were great, though I did notice some room maintenance issues like a torn drape and a shower door that wouldn't close. Look out for the cute atmosphere!

The pond view was so calming, especially in the morning. The pool area was chill, and the staff was super friendly-Crystal at check-in. My partner loved the breakfast buffet. She raved about it! Though the parking lot felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

Had a good stay overall, with a spacious and clean room. Easy access to a convenient outdoor mall. The noise from nearby rooms kept interrupting sleep, and the breakfast options lacked variety .

Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a particularly nice view. the hotel's position was marvelous, short walk to shops, and restaurants. - Had an enjoyable stay with the guest experience and will be back.
